1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DealsEngine.ai platform ("DealsEngine", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DealsEngine LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. Wallet & Prepaid Balance Policies
4.1 Wallet Refill Funding Notice: ACH payments are only available for wallet top-ups of $500 or more. For amounts below $500, you can fund your wallet using a credit card.
4.2 Card Processing Fees: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card wallet top-up transactions.
4.3 Automatic Wallet Recharge: Automatic wallet recharge is exclusively supported with credit cards. ACH and bank accounts cannot be used for auto-recharge.
4.4 Non-Refundability: Wallet balance and prepaid funds are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Unused wallet balances never expire and remain available on your DealsEngine.ai account until consumed by platform micro-services (such as skip tracing, phone line usage, and voice AI minutes).
5. Telephony, Voice AI & Messaging Compliance
Users utilizing the Hybrid AI Dialer, local phone number pools, or cold calling capabilities are required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including TCPA, DNC registry rules, and state telemarketing regulations. Cold calling using phone line pools is exempt from A2P 10DLC registration, which applies strictly to SMS/MMS outbound messaging campaigns.
6. Real Estate & Valuation Disclaimer
DealsEngine LLC is not a real estate broker, financial advisor, or lender. We provide an AI-driven platform for connecting real estate investors, wholesalers, and property data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any property data, ARV estimates, repair estimates, or motivation scores. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DealsEngine LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
